GTR Global Industry Tools - Welcome

The Global Industry Tools provide access to the same pre-validation functionality and rules available in the legacy jurisdiction-specific Industry Tools. However, the application is now delivered as a single web-based application with an intuitive user interface and an improved user experience.

The Simulator component is available for these reporting jurisdictions:

  • EU EMIR
  • UK EMIR
  • CFTC/Canada/SEC
  • JFSA
  • HKMA (current production)
  • HKMA Rewrite (PSE only)
  • ASIC
  • MAS
  • UK MiFID II ARM (PSE environment only; effective July 31, 2025)

Use the Table of Contents on the left-hand pane to navigate through the service workflow and locate information specific to each screen. Use the Search Bar to search for specific content.

Note

  • The Simulator component will be available in the PSE environment for the GTR UK MiFID II ARM on July 31, 2025.
  • The Simulator component is currently available for the HKMA Rewrite in PSE. It will be available in Production on the Sept 26, 2025 compliance date.
