- Call DTCC Client Support at 1-888-382-2721 (select option 5, and then 4).
- Enter an inquiry using the MyDTCC portal.

- If you are not a super access coordinator (SAC) or access coordinator at your firm, contact your firm’s
access coordinator to reset your password.
- If you are a SAC or access coordinator for your firm, call DTCC Client Support at 1 888 382-2721 (select option 5, and then 1).
