Step 1:  Browse to the Equities Clearance Services Learning Center homepage at http://www.dtcclearning.com/learning/clearance

Step 2: Click the ‘Login’ icon in the top right corner of the screen followed by ‘Create an account’.

Step 3: Complete the registration form. Note: DTCC only accepts Business email addresses. Requests using personal email addresses (e.g., yahoo, gmail, aol, etc) will be disapproved.

After registering, you will see a message stating that your request will be reviewed and responded to within one business day. This process is to ensure that only DTCC customers are given access to the system.

Step 4: After receiving your confirmation email, login using the account you created and click the ‘NSCC Customer Risk Education Handbook’ link under Quick Links.
