By working with our participants to foster employee growth and professional development initiatives, DTCC Learning has established learning partnerships throughout the industry by strategically positioning our learning products and services.

DTCCL works directly with DTCC’s customers to uncover and address learning opportunities specific to their organizations. Through interviews, associate surveys, and subsequent focus groups, DTCCL is able to prescribe tailored learning solutions to individual firms that specifically target operational knowledge gaps within the context of a firm’s business model. This consultative approach has enabled DTCCL to establish and maintain enduring learning partnerships with numerous participant firms. These strong relationships have resulted in the integration of our learning products and services into internal professional development programs. One such example is Citibank (Tampa).

In 2008 DTCC Learning partnered with Citibank Tampa to design and deliver a custom asset services curriculum (Phase 1) to its junior associates, as well as to implement certification programs for their more experienced staff. This partnership continued in 2009, with DTCC Learning implementing a second, more advanced curriculum (Phase 2) that was geared toward more experienced staff and expanded certification programs throughout the firm. Phase 2 training was delivered over a seven-month period. DTCCL conducted a series of live, instructor-led training events, both on site and over the Web to 174 Citibank associates. In addition, more than 20 associates achieved DTCC Learning certification.
