3 - Are there any fees associated with this service?

All self-paced training, podcast, userguides, helpfiles, simulations, webinars and learning center are all free.

4 - What is the difference between self-paced training, learning centers and webinars

Learning Center - The learning center are product specific and contains important information updates, simulations, userguides and helpfile. To access DTCC Learning - Product Learning Center, please click on the product specific learning center located on the right hand side.

Self Paced Training - All self-paced training are courses, simulations and webcast that users can register for to understand more about DTCC's products and services. To access self-paced training, please visit: https://dtcc.mzinga.com and click "Register (New User)" on the upper right hand corner.

Webinars - Webinars are a web-based version of an instructor-led training in which users can attend via the web and over the phone. DTCC Learning publishes a monthly calendar on topics that will be covered, to view and register for our webinars - click here.
